how to make the most of this short online workshop?

We highly recommend that you join this online workshop live. Anne-Marie will share her up-to-date expertise as a Marketing & Social Media Manager for various creative brands who use Pinterest to get sales. Giving you lots of actions to take during the session and afterwards!

Please come to the workshop with a Pinterest account already set up and bring your phone as this is an action-orientated workshop! During the workshop there will be time for you to start changing your Pinterest account, profile and boards, do some keyword research for your own niche so you are in a good place to start Pinning efficiently, and for you to plan a few week’s worth of Pins! You can ask Anne-Marie any questions you may have throughout the session, and you can post any further questions in the workshop hub after the live session has finished.

• How much time will this workshop take?

  This online workshop is nice and short … just 2 hours. And it’s an evening workshop.

  But we recommend that you spend 30-45 mins/week afterwards for at least 4 – 6 weeks on Pinterest to make the most of this practical workshop. No worries, it’s going to be fun & effective!

• What if I am not very tech-savvy?

  We use Zoom for our online workshops an online platform that’s very easy to access, and many people are already familiar with. A week before your workshop starts we will send you the details of how to sign up on Zoom. If you do not receive this email then get in touch with us asap.

  During this session Anne-Marie will show you from within Pinterest how to change your Pinterest account, pin effectively and find your way round, so it’s really practical and easy for you to follow along when you join us live. We find that a little willingness and curiosity with new technology will get you there!

  Our private online platform (where we will post the presentation + recording afterwards) is really easy to use too. You’ll only need basic computer literacy in order to navigate it.

• I can’t make it on Tuesday 20 May in the evening. Is that a problem?

  We recommend that you join the workshop live if at all possible. It’s the best way to learn –  following along asking questions live during the session if you are stuck.

  However, if you have other commitments or you live in a different time zone, then remember that this session will be recorded and posted on our private workshop hub. You will have access to the recording + presentation for 6 months until Thursday 20 November 2025.

• I want to join with a friend. Can I share?

  When you buy an online workshop from us you purchase a single license, which means that you can NOT share the recording or presentation with others.

  Like you, we are a small creative business, and this workshop is full of our copyrighted material and expertise that we have developed over the last 25 years. If you share with others who haven’t paid then you are basically stealing. We know you wouldn’t like it if others did the same to you. So THANK YOU for not sharing with others.

  If you work in a partnership or in a small team (e.g. you have a work placement student or work with a social media freelancer) then you can share the recording with them.

• Till when can I book this workshop? And how long do I have access to this workshop?

  We highly recommend that you try to sign up for this workshop and join us live – in this case on Tuesday 20 May from 7pm – 9pm UK time.

  However you can still sign up for this workshop (and watch the recording) until Friday 18 July. After that date this workshop will not be available for new students. All students will have access to the private hub with the workshop presentation + recording until Thursday 20 November 2025.

• What if I need to cancel?

  The workshop will take place on Tuesday 20 May 2025 and we will record the session and give you access to the recording and the presentation 20 November 2025.

  After this workshop has taken place we will not offer any refunds as you can still access it whenever you like.

  If you need to cancel before this workshop takes place (20 May) then please email us on info@thedesigntrust.co.uk for a full refund. Unfortunately it takes 5 – 10 working days for the money to be returned to your bank account.
